“I’ve got a good face for radio”

Phone photography workshops and courses

I got an email from BBC Radio with an unusual challenge…

“Can you take part in a radio show on how to take better photos with your phone?”

My initial feelings of being flattered quickly ebbed away and I was left with the question, how can I show people something when they can’t see it? This will be fun!

Here is one of the photos I took too demonstrate the benefits of a “worms-eye view”

Anyhow to cut a long story short, there were a few little blunders – “can you see the difference” etc. but the host guided me through the experience and it all worked out well.

Have you been put in any unusual situations like this?
